📮POSTAGE & PROCESSING TIME

Tracking information is provided after each trip to the postoffice. Due to our remote location, our dispatch time is currently 3 - 5 working days. Large orders may take longer, please let us know if you need your order for a specific date and we will do our best to help. 

📮 UK orders are sent via Royal Mail tracked 24, the cost is calculated at checkout. We will provide you with tracking details when your order is on it's way. Estimated delivery is within 2-3 working days.

🌐 All international orders are sent tracked via the Royal mail, the cost is calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery is within 5 - 14 working days. If you would like to place a large order or postage costs for your country are not calculated at checkout, please contact us for an accurate quote.

🇺🇲 Orders to the USA are sent via Royal mail PDDP service, we pay all duties / handling fees up front, so there are no unexpected charges for you.

📦 PACKAGING

We do our best to ensure our packaging is minimal and compostable at home. Our tin caddy's are plastic free. If you have tried one of our tea blends before and would like to reorder we recommend ordering 60g (45 - 60 cups) this has plastic free packaging and wastes less single use promotional material.
