📮POSTAGE & PROCESSING TIME

Tracking information is provided after each trip to the postoffice. Due to our remote location, our dispatch time is currently 1-2 weeks, although do let us know if you need your order for a specific date and we will do our best to help. 

All orders are sent via Royal Mail:
UK: 48 hour tracked (2-3 days)
International: standard (5-14 days)

📦 PACKAGING

We do our best to ensure our packaging is minimal and compostable at home. If you have tried one of our tea blends before and would like to reorder we recommend ordering 60g (50 - 60 cups) this has plastic free packaging and wastes less single use promotional material. 20g can be sent in a resealable pouch with a display window or a zero plastic brown paper bag. Whereas, 60g always arrives in a more eco-friendly brown paper bag which can be emptied into your favourite tea caddy. Art postcards are sent in eco-friendly compostable packaging.
