Earl Grey with heather - Organic black tea

Our unique organic Earl Grey tea is inspired by the Scottish highlands and islands.  It has the familiar bergamot flavour we all know and love, plus delicate floral notes from the pretty pink organic Heather we have added. 

To serve: Add 1 tsp to freshly boiling water (above 90 degrees Celsius) and brew for 3 to 5 minutes, making sure not to leave the bag in too long to prevent bitterness. The tea is delightful with milk, sugar, ice, honey, or lemon, but be sure to smell and taste it first. We recommend using your favorite teapot, an infuser, or a compostable, unbleached drawstring DIY tea filter available in our shop.
