This 100% certified organic breakfast tea is sourced from the Putharjhora Estate in the Assam region of India and has been naturally CO2 decaffeinated. It's a smooth blend of the finest quality black tea leaves resulting in a familiar malty flavour and aroma of honey.
To serve: Use hot water (above 90 degrees Celsius) for brewing. Steep the tea for 3 to 5 minutes, ensuring that the bag does not remain in the water for too long to prevent bitterness. We recommend using your preferred teapot, an infuser, or a compostable, unbleached drawstring tea filter, which can be found in our shop. Enjoy it with milk, sugar, ice, honey, or lemon, but make sure to smell and taste the tea first. You'll notice aromas of sweet honey, malt, and a smooth, delicate flavour.
