Our unique smoky breakfast tea is inspired by cosy evenings spent by the log burner in a Scottish bothy. It's smoky flavour is obtained by burning resinous pinewood during drying. A moreish combination of the finest certified organic Assam black tea leaves and Lapsang Souchong.
To serve: brew 1 tsp for 3 - 4 minutes in freshly boiled water. Delicious with or without a splash of milk, if you have a sweet tooth add honey or brown sugar.
