A special green tea with a delicate grassy flavour & aroma of honey. Its unique production process involves steaming the leaves shortly after harvesting to prevent oxidation, which helps retain its catechins & amino acids. Contains caffeine

 

To serve: Allow freshly boiled water to cool by 10 - 20°c then brew 1tsp for 3-4 minutes. We recommend using your favorite teapot, an infuser, or a compostable, unbleached drawstring DIY tea filter available in our shop.
